Hero Archetype Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Resolved mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. You can review our website at https://www.gettingresolved.app.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle data minimally. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

We collect very little information and do not require accounts or collect personal data directly from you.

a. Personal Information

We do not collect personal information (data that identifies you, such as name, email, or contact details).

Optionally, you may choose to sign in with Google to enable data backup. This uses a limited scope allowing the App to see, create, and delete its own configuration data in your Google Drive (app-specific folder). We do not receive or store your Google account details, email, or other personal information—access is solely for backing up your app configuration data directly to your own Google Drive.

b. Non-Personal Information

We do not automatically collect device information, usage data, IP addresses, or similar non-personal data. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.

c. Information Processed for AI Features

When you use the App's AI features (powered by Cerebras), your inputs (e.g., queries or prompts) are sent directly to Cerebras for processing. Cerebras handles this data according to their privacy policy and does not retain inputs/outputs or use them for training models. We do not store or log your AI inputs.

d. Information from Third Parties

  • Optional Google sign-in/Drive access: Handled directly by Google; see their privacy policy.
  • AI processing: Handled by Cerebras; see their privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only to:

  • Provide the App's core features (including AI processing via Cerebras).
  • Enable optional backups to your own Google Drive.

No data is used for marketing, analytics, or any other purposes.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information except:

  • Optional Google Drive backup: Your app configuration data is stored directly in your own Google Drive. Google processes this per their policies.
  • AI features: Your inputs are sent to Cerebras for inference processing. Cerebras does not retain or use this data for training (see their policy at https://www.cerebras.ai/privacy-policy).
  • As required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect any data handled by the App. Backed-up data is stored securely in your Google Drive, and AI inputs are processed ephemerally by Cerebras. However, no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Optional features (Google backup, AI usage) can be avoided entirely.
  • Manage Google permissions in your Google account settings.
  • Contact us for any access/deletion requests (though we collect no data directly).
  • Users in certain regions may have additional rights—contact us if applicable.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us for deletion. Since no personal data is collected, risks are minimal.

7. International Data Transfers

When using AI features, your inputs may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Cerebras. Optional Google Drive backups are handled according to Google's data locations.

We encourage you to review these policies, as they govern data handled by these services.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be notified via the App or website, with an updated effective date.
